• Have knowledge of antivirus technologies, viruses, worms, Trojans etc. (what the virus is, how it spreads, what are its symptoms, what it can do and what it cannot do, how to cure infections, etc.)
• Be familiar with the line of avast! anti virus products or the products you would like to resell.
